To find out if you are registered with the idCAT Mobile you can try to identify yourself on the website of a public administration or the Ens de Proves DEMO e-TRAM (the procedures carried out have no legal validity).
In this sense, access the Generic Instance from the "Start" button and provide your identification document and telephone number:
If you see the following error message "There seems to be a problem with the identification document and/or phone number you provided" it could be:
1. If you are not registered with idCAT Mobile, see how to register online with idCAT Mobile.
2. That you are indicating a space between the number of your identification document and the letter or between the telephone numbers. Please check, remove them and try again.
3. That you have changed your phone number, therefore you will have to modify the idCAT Mobile data.
Instead, if the following message appears: "A text message with the password has been sent to your mobile" you will receive an SMS, enter it to authenticate and press "Verify":
If you were able to successfully access the Generic Instance procedure , as shown below, it means that you have the idCAT Mobile registered with the indicated data and you can now use the idCAT Mobile.
