What is the role of the AOC Consortium in the process?
The AOC Consortium offers the digital identification tools that allow you to process electronically with the Catalan administrations, such as idCAT Certificat, idCAT Mòbil, e-TRAM and VÀLid. The VÀLid is a system that allows you to identify yourself with different electronic means (digital certificates, mobile idCAT, Cl@ve, etc.).
Therefore, while you are processing with a Catalan administration, to identify yourself, you will go through the VÀLid page of the AOC Consortium.
However, the AOC Consortium only provides these identification tools, but does not manage or receive the procedures you are doing . That is why if you have doubts or incidents about a specific procedure, you must contact the responsible administration directly .
