To change the identity document associated with your idCAT mobile (for example from NIE to DNI) you will have to go in person to request the deregistration at an ER idCAT mobile and later you can process the registration with the new document.
To modify your details:
Option 1: If you have access to the mobile number with which you registered, press the option “Modify my idCAT Mobile” from the “ idCAT Mobile management website ” and identify yourself.

Once inside you can modify the following data:
- Mobile number
Option 2: In case you do not have access to the mobile phone with which you registered, follow the steps according to your situation:
- Someone I know is associated with idCAT Mobile My mobile phone and I can't register
- A person I don't know is associated with idCAT Mobile My mobile phone and I can't register
- I am registered with an old mobile phone that I no longer use and need to change it from my idCAT Mobile
