Attention! Suspension does not mean the final cancellation of your idCAT Mòbil.

If your mobile phone has been stolen or lost, it is more advisable to opt to cancel the SIM card, rather than requesting suspension. In these cases, you can recover the same phone number and continue using idCAT Mòbil.

Suspension disables your idCAT Mòbil. It cannot be used while it is suspended, but it is not deleted from the system. This is a very exceptional procedure that should only be requested if you suspect that someone is impersonating you and may be taking action before the Administration on your behalf without your consent.

To do this, you will need the following data:

- Identification document number
- Date of birth
- Expiration date of the identification document
