A person I don't know is associated with idCAT Mobile My mobile phone and I can't register
In this case, you will have to make a request to us in order to release your number to idCAT Mobile.
- Have the Invoice or Contract for the registered telephone number at hand, which shows your name and the idCAT Mobile phone number. These documents will be necessary to verify ownership.
- Fill in the Form to unlink a phone number from the idCAT Mobile by attaching the invoice or contract mentioned above.
