Consult the following options and according to your situation, choose the one that corresponds:
Ask this person to go to the idCAT Mobile modification website and follow the steps to modify the data. You will be able to modify both the telephone number and the email associated with the idCAT Mobile.
You can also go in person to a idCAT Mobile Registration Entity of the Generalitat of Catalonia (OAC's of the Generalitat) where you can make the modification immediately.
In this case you will have to go in person to a idCAT Mobile Registration Entity of the Generalitat de Catalunya (OAC's of the Generalitat) where you can unlink immediately.
In this case, to be able to report a new phone number, you will have to renew the idCAT Mobile through the video-identification process. You must always indicate the new phone number and not the old one. Once the process is complete, the new phone will be linked to your idCAT Mobile.
